Overview The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative, operational, and strategic support to APEX Managing Directors and the Chief Strategy and Solutions Officer. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organizational rigor, and the ability to operate seamlessly across leadership, strategy, and cross‑functional teams.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while managing competing priorities in a dynamic, high‑growth environment. This role is critical to enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring their time, communications, and initiatives are managed with precision and foresight.
Responsibilities
Manage complex executive calendars, travel, and meeting logistics
Serve as a key point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Support strategic initiatives by tracking priorities, timelines, and follow‑ups
Prepare leaders for meetings with agendas, materials, and clear next steps
Handle sensitive information with discretion and strong judgment
Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
Exceptional organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and stay calm under pressure
High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools
