Base Pay Range $89,000.00/yr – $134,000.00/yr

Responsibilities The Fire Service Manager will drive customer satisfaction and supervise a team of technicians, service sales reps, inspectors, and administrators.
Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and resolve customer complaints efficiently
Manage employees in Fire Alarm, Security, Fire Sprinkler, Special Hazard, and Extinguishers/Commercial Kitchen Hood services
Implement plans to meet or exceed corporate goals, drive revenue, and maximize market potential
Operate within an approved financial plan (operating expenses, collections, manpower, capital, inventory)
Build solid customer relationships, coordinate order acquisition, delivery and installation
Develop, train and motivate staff to achieve productivity and performance goals
Ensure compliance with corporate safety programs, conduct accident investigations, and enforce safety protocols
Adhere to all legal and company policies and regulations
Qualifications
5–10 years’ experience in an integrated systems sales/service environment, with supervisory experience
Strong positive leadership and action‑oriented approach
Understanding of P&L components and relationships
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Oracle a plus
Demonstrated management/leadership abilities (training, team building, presentation, negotiation, administration)
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Pass pre‑employment background screening and drug test
