What You Will Do
Provide vision, leadership and direction for fire inspections in the local district office.
Supervise fire alarm and sprinkler inspectors.
Develop business strategies and action plans to meet district objectives and drive profitable growth of the Fire Service business.
Identify life safety deficiencies and recommend remedies.
How You Will Do It Responsibilities include:
Revenue responsibility: Implement plans, programs and processes to exceed growth objectives and maximize market potential for Planned Service Agreements.
Customer satisfaction: Assist inspection teams in developing and maintaining processes and cadence to deliver timely inspections, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Productivity improvement: Monitor district service productivity and improve it, assessing manpower needs to support contractual obligations.
Employee development: Coach and develop team members, resolve conflicts, and facilitate open communication in a matrix structure.
Safety compliance: Support company and area safety initiatives, observe day‑to‑day operations, enforce safety procedures, and implement affirmative action and equal employment opportunities policies.
What We Look For
FAL State License and RME-I License.
College degree or equivalent work experience of 10 years – preferred.
Minimum 5 years in the Fire Services industry.
Ability to analyze deficiencies and develop action plans.
Ability to work in a matrix infrastructure, coach, develop team, and address conflict.
Principles of accounting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
