Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Quality Control Inspector in its Red Oak, Texas facility. This position will give you exposure to quality processes in a Fortune 500 company.

What do you get to do in this position? Typical job duties include:
Inspect Products and Materials – Examine raw materials, components, and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.
Document Inspection Results – Record findings, maintain inspection reports, and communicate non-conformances.
Ensure Compliance – Verify products meet industry standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements; follow ISO and Schneider Electric standards.
Support Continuous Improvement – Participate in root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and suggest improvements to procedures or product design.

Conducting in-process, final, and incoming inspections.
Experienced with non-conformance reporting (NCR) and quality audits.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Effective communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Who will you report to? You will report to the Quality Control & Manufacturing Quality Engineer Lead. This is an onsite position at the Red Oak, TX facility, required five days a week.
Qualifications
High School Diploma.
2+ years of experience in quality inspection.
Familiarity with blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Basic computer skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
