Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting basic hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and process problems with various equipment. You will work on conveyor lines, injection molding presses, blow molders, and more within a highly automated system producing thousands of plastic jars each shift. Preventative and corrective maintenance is crucial to minimize line shutdowns.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot basic hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and process problems.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyor lines, injection molding presses, and blow molders.

Ensure smooth operation of highly automated systems.

Minimize line shutdowns through effective maintenance practices.

Essential Skills

3-5 years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.

Proficiency in working with hydraulics and conveyors.

Experience in PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Siemens PLCs is a plus.

Work Environment Work on the 2nd or 3rd shift, averaging 45 hours per week, with initial training on the 1st shift for 4-6 months. The facility is very clean, organized, and climate-controlled, providing a comfortable working environment. Shift hours are 2pm - 10:30pm or 10pm - 6:30am.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Rock, AR.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
