Responsibilities
Office Operations: Manage smooth functioning of the firm’s day-to-day office operations
Reception: Provide a warm welcome and helpful assistance to clients and other visitors in person and on the telephone
Client Support: Serve as a liaison between clients and the legal team as needed in reception, on the telephone, and via email. Supervise the management and organization of client’s e-files and paper files. Provide notifications and updates to clients regarding case status
Legal Production Assistance: Provide high-quality detailed editing, packaging, and submission of legal filings and documents
Mail and Client Notifications: Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail. Communicate updates appropriately to the team and clients
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and another non-English language
Experience in office management or administration
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience with data and file management
Strong and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent computer literacy skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
Some post-high school education or classes
Desire to start a long career with our team
Positive, patient, and collaborative disposition
Complete DISC assessment and screening questions
Compensation $65,000 yearly plus benefits
