We’re seeking an execution-focused manager to build high-quality learning content and manage day-to-day LMS operations with discipline. Our team designs, produces, and maintains supplier-facing learning modules, videos, and help documents. We operate with a governance-first mindset, partnering closely with leadership to ensure compliance, strategic alignment, and localized guidance. This role is critical to delivering accurate, accessible training that empowers suppliers and supports Walmart’s business goals. What you’ll do:
Design and build supplier-facing content, including modules, videos, and help docs using Articulate, Canva, and Vyond. Translate complex merchandising and sourcing processes into concise, supplier-friendly training. Own LMS administration (Gainsight CE/Skilljar): manage course assets, metadata, enrollments, and catalog governance. Execute day-to-day operations, triage issues, and partner with platform/product teams for improvements. Track engagement, completions, and feedback to drive continuous improvement. What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field. 3+ years’ experience in sourcing (category, supplier, or merchant-facing work). Demonstrated project management skills and stakeholder coordination. Experience with instructional design or content operations for an LMS; hands‑on with authoring tools. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related area and 3 years’ experience in sourcing OR 5 years’ experience in sourcing, Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related areas. Bilingual in English and one or more language used to transact business in assigned country. Project Management certification. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing; experience working for a retailer, or major brand; importer/agent serving a major retail customer. Primary Location
