You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
