CTG is seeking to fill a Project Controls Professional III position for our client.

Duration:
12 months
Duties
Provide project controls support for large, complex, multi‑disciplinary capital projects.
Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules and cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to define scope, WBS, and deliverables.
Prepare Level 1–5 schedules using Primavera P6.
Develop logic‑driven, resource‑loaded schedules and cost forecasts.
Monitor cost and schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM).
Perform schedule, cost, and variance analysis to identify risks and impacts.
Support recovery planning, change management, and corrective actions.
Prepare schedule and cost performance reports, including critical path analysis.
Support development of accurate Estimates to Completion (ETC) and cost‑to‑complete forecasts.
Maintain project controls data and ensure configuration control throughout execution.
Participate in project, safety, and stakeholder meetings as required.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Eight (8) years of project controls or project management experience
OR
Associate degree with nine (9) years of experience
OR
High school diploma or GED with eleven (11) years of experience
Formal training in Primavera P6 or another project management system required
Experience supporting capital projects with budgets of $25M preferred
Project Management or Earned Value certifications (PMP, CAPM, SP, RMP) preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $77.00 to $107.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
