Executive Support & Social Media Coordinator Release Recovery is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Support & Social Media Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and moves seamlessly between executive support, creative projects, and personal assistance tasks. The Coordinator will also manage social media accounts, maintain a consistent online presence for both the CEO and the company, and support brand initiatives. The role requires the ability to travel with the CEO for events, meetings, and speaking engagements and to collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Administrator.

Release helps individuals and families recover from substance use and mental health disorders through customized treatment, bespoke transitional living, and concierge recovery services.

Job Responsibilities Executive Support

Manage, organize, and prioritize the CEO’s inbox, flagging urgent items and ensuring timely responses

Coordinate and maintain an extremely fast‑paced, ever‑changing calendar, including internal and external meetings, company events, travel, and personal appointments

Track action items, deadlines, and ongoing priorities; send reminders and ensure high‑impact tasks are completed on time

Serve as the primary point of contact for CEO speaking engagements, including vetting opportunities, managing logistics, preparing materials, and communicating with stakeholders

Attend preliminary calls and meetings on behalf of the CEO and provide detailed notes, summaries, and context

Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, and travel with the CEO as needed

Personal Assistance

Support the CEO with personal errands, scheduling, and ad hoc tasks as needed

Handle all personal and professional information with strict discretion and professionalism

Social Media Management & Content Creation

Act as the CEO’s direct social media manager, aligning content with the CEO’s personal brand and company mission

Respond to all direct messages and inquiries received through the CEO’s social platforms with care, professionalism, and timely communication

Travel with the CEO to speaking engagements, events, podcasts, and media appearances to capture real‑time content

Edit and deliver video content quickly, ensuring drafts and final versions meet brand standards

Maintain and execute a social media posting calendar for the CEO across platforms

Manage brand and partnership relationships, including emails, direct messages, content deadlines, and deliverables

Provide podcast support, including on‑site assistance, equipment setup, content capture, and asset coordination

Collaborate on podcast content planning and create episode graphics, thumbnails, and promotional assets

Track engagement analytics, audience sentiment, and platform performance to optimize content strategy

Provide live content updates during CEO events, talks, and media appearances

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns highlighting thought leadership, community impact, and company initiatives

Work under the direction of the Marketing Manager and closely with the Marketing Administrator to ensure consistent brand execution

Requirements Technical & Creative Skills

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, or similar tools)

Ability to operate professional camera equipment and capture high‑quality photo and video

Ability to set up podcast and recording equipment, including lighting, microphones, cameras, and audio interfaces

Proficiency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

Canva proficiency for quick‑turn graphics and social assets

Strong understanding of digital trends, hooks, and storytelling formats
