We’re seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to support a tenured financial advisor and help deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary client liaison via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Collect, organize, and maintain client financial data in planning platforms.

Prepare and process investment paperwork (new applications, beneficiary changes, account linking).

Support a tenured advisor with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up.

Generate investment and business reports from internal systems and third‑party partners (e.g., AssetMark, Allianz, Lincoln).

Create cash flow spreadsheets and run reports using NetX360, Wove, and other tools.

Track tasks and goals using Microsoft’s Suite of office products.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and phone.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel expertise required); familiarity with NetX360 a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a commitment to client confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

3–5 years of professional office experience (financial services experience preferred).

College degree preferred; significant experience considered in lieu of degree.

Licensing:

Florida 2‑15 Insurance & Variable Annuity license (must obtain within 90 days; company‑paid).

Series 6 or 7 and Series 65 or 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain within first year).
