Position: Project Manager (Overland Park, KS)
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and manage quotes for equipment and smallwares packages, including shipping, storage, installation, and startup services.
Source, quote, and manage resupply of equipment and smallwares as needed.
Provide project drawings and documentation to support planning and installation.
Track purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely processing and delivery.
Provide shipping updates and status reports to customers.
Coordinate with customers, manufacturers, general contractors, and installers to ensure projects are installed smoothly, on schedule, and to specification.
Collaborate with internal departments—including accounting, purchasing, and warehouse teams—to support project execution and resolve issues.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively implement solutions.
Qualifications
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience with equipment and smallwares quoting and sourcing is preferred.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage concurrent projects.
Proficiency with purchase order tracking and project documentation.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Work Environment This role requires regular collaboration with internal teams and external partners and may involve coordination across multiple projects simultaneously.
