Signage Customer Service
Black Diamond Technologies LLC We are looking for someone with experience with signage to join the team. This will be a client?touching position so the right candidate will have experience with signage materials, builds, and installations as well as a background in customer service. Responsibilities Follow signage leads and communicate with customers about potential projects, ultimately bringing those leads to project completion. Guide clients through the process and explain materials, installation techniques, and requirements for successful projects. Manage art (not creation), quote with vendors, and determine project scopes based on client needs and additive manufacturing constraints. Coordinate installation, availability, shipping, parcels, etc.
Preferred Skillset
Can work independently as well as with a team. Can work in a fast?paced environment with deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator preferred. Ability to read and create basic construction drawings. Understanding of exterior and interior signage materials and additive manufacturing techniques. Can communicate with and guide customers on projects, and discuss technical specs with manufacturers and installers. Can source and quote projects from vendors; existing knowledge of industry vendors is a plus.
Compensation
