Job Description
What will you do?
Communicates with the data and reporting team to request required data to support accurate and timely business analysis.
Analyzes customer performance metrics including approval rates, signing, and transaction drop-offs to identify bottlenecks and improve customer conversion.
Collaborates with the sales team to analyze merchant performance to maximize revenue and optimize merchant contributions.
Creates automated dashboards for business units and management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to provide actionable insights and support decision‑making.
Partners with management to identify business challenges and develop data‑driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and drive growth.
Monitors Non‑Performing Loans per merchant to detect risks early and implement corrective actions in coordination with the sales team.
Skills What will you need?
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
Experience
3-5 years in the same role.
1-2 years in the supervisory level.
Technical Proficiency
Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
CRM and Business Intelligence: Familiarity with CRM platforms and BI tools relevant to customer and merchant data.
Reporting Tools: Knowledge of reporting software and processes for regular business unit updates.
Basic Programming (Optional): Skills in Python, R, or scripting for data manipulation or automation.
Presentation Software: Ability to prepare clear and compelling presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.
