Project Coordinator – Health Technology Management
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay Range: $30–$60 per hour
Annual Equivalent: $62,400 – $124,800 (based on 40 hours/week)

Position Overview We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Health Technology Management division. This role focuses on supporting medical equipment service management, maintenance, repair, and strategic planning for hospital clients. You will coordinate the implementation of short‑term projects (typically less than one year) within established organizational procedures and standards. The ideal candidate will ensure objectives are met within quality, time, and budget targets while managing associated risks.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate medical device acquisition and implementation planning for relocations and new facilities (e.g., inpatient/outpatient locations, physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging suites).
Support mobilization efforts by collaborating with clients and internal teams to onboard people, processes, and systems.
Assist with project documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in a related role).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
