Pay $23 per hour plus cash tip.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours) & Part-time (16 hours). Location: Hotel in Boston, MA.

Must have: 2‑year driver’s license. Preferred: ability to drive stick‑shift/manual cars.

Shifts available:

Full‑time Shift Option 1: Monday‑Friday 7:00 AM‑3:00 PM

Full‑time Shift Option 2: Monday‑Friday 3:00 PM‑11:00 PM

Full‑time Shift Option 3: Monday‑Friday 11:00 PM‑7:00 AM; Overnight

Part‑time Shift Option 1: Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM‑3:00 PM

Part‑time Shift Option 2: Saturday & Sunday 3:00 PM‑11:00 PM

Part‑time Shift Option 3: Saturday & Sunday 11:00 PM‑7:00 AM; Overnight

What We're Looking For (Responsibilities)

Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to ensure job expectations are met.

Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.

Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.

Handle customer complaints and day‑to‑day operational issues.

Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.

Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.

Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.

Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.

Complete required reports.

Must Haves

At least 18 years old.

Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving.

Energetic, outgoing, can stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.

Great communicator in written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach.

Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can resolve customer issues positively.

Motivated individual willing to take on new challenges with experience in Customer Service or Hospitality Industry.

Valet parking experience 1 year+.

Customer service experience 1 year+.

Free parking while on shift at your assigned Propark location.

The Fine Print

Sign‑On/Retention Bonus – Terms and conditions apply. Bonus paid in two installments: $200 after 30 days; $800 after 150th day of service. Bonus opportunity ends 3/31/2026. Must be employed full‑time to receive each installment. Applies to all new full‑time employees hired between 1/1/2026 and 3/31/2026.

Refer‑a‑Friend Bonus – Terms and conditions apply. Bonus paid in two installments: $200 after 30 days; $800 after 150th day of service. Referral must be submitted before the friend is interviewed. Applies to new full‑time employees hired between 1/1/2026 and 3/31/2026. Both you and your friend must be employed full‑time to receive each installment.
