Behavioral Health Wraparound Case Manager - Flexible

A community mental health center is seeking a Case Manager for an in-person role in New York. The successful candidate will provide client-centered wraparound case management to emotionally and behaviorally challenged individuals and families. A Bachelor's Degree in a Social Work-related field and a commitment to becoming CBHCM certified are preferred. This position is for independent contractors who can work full-time hours and have knowledge of community resources. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are also preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
