This Clearance Order job opportunity is limited to qualified, available workers that are currently eligible to work in the United States, per federal regulation.
Crop and Pay Planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops including potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and grains.
$17.13 per hour
Applicants may be offered a higher wage than posted due to experience and merit.
Work Tasks To Be Performed Specifically For This Job
Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest crops including potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and grains.
Drive and operate farm equipment such as tractors and combines used in agricultural production.
Attach implements (plows, discs, drills) to tractors and drive them to till soil, plant, and spray crops.
Mix specified chemicals and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery.
Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when malfunctions occur.
Drive trucks to haul crops and seed from fields to storage buildings on farm.

Job Requirements

3 months of previous work experience.
Willingness to commit to the entire contract period.
Readiness to work in extreme temperatures.
Ability to lift 60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
Competence in making repetitive movements.
Capability for extensive pushing, pulling, walking, and stooping.
Availability to work from the start date through the contract period.
Compliance with all orchard safety guidelines, practices, and procedures.
Consistent use of required personal protective equipment when mandated.
Proper clothing and footwear; footwear must be closed‑toed and durable.
Follow employer instructions and conform to daily work directives.
