About the Role Join Duly Health and Care’s Physical Rehabilitation team in Orland Hills, supporting specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. Clinicians collaborate, spend quality time with patients, and pursue professional growth.
In this role you will:
Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team‑based environment
Provide patient care in a schedule that prioritizes quality over volume:
60‑minute initial evaluations
30‑minute follow‑up visits
No pressure to double‑book
Built‑in documentation time
Maintain a predictable full‑time schedule: Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM, last patient at 6 PM.
Support, Growth, and Practice Environment
60‑minute evaluations with no double booking
Built‑in documentation time to support work‑life balance
Structured mentorship and a robust continuing education platform
New Graduate Mentorship Program with live training and expert support
Special Interest Groups in spine, vestibular rehab, sports medicine, pelvic health, pediatrics, and more

Qualifications
Degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum
Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice, including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation range: $77,000 – $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Eligible for a sign‑on bonus.
