Responsibilities
Assist physicians with procedures including IUIs, ultrasounds, biopsies, post‑op exams, and more.
Document patient information and procedures accurately in our system.
Obtain using aseptic techniques.
Escort and comfort patients, answering questions within your scope.
Restock supplies, maintain equipment, and clean clinical areas.
Adhere to infection‑control policies and ensure a safe work environment.
Participate in training new team members and support cross‑functional tasks.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late shifts as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, completion of a Certified Medical Assistant program (state certification preferred).
At least 6 months of experience in a physician practice preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially.
Availability to work at multiple locations as needed.
