Conducts all expected tests and analytical procedures efficiently and accurately according to hospital procedures, performance standards, and competency standards. Participates in proficiency testing, adhering to federal and state regulations as well as hospital policies. Performs post‑analytical activities including reporting results and providing technical and support information for all age groups. Provides resolution to customer service issues within guidelines and support education for clinical staff as appropriate or requested. Participates in laboratory and hospital performance improvement activities, including evaluating new equipment and procedures. Qualification Requirements

Associate (Required) Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Medical Laboratory Technician (MLTAAB) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Medical Laboratory Technician (MLTAMT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Medical Laboratory Technician (MLTASCP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range

$23.78 – $44.22 EEO Statement
