Clinic Supervisor
Location: Atlanta, GA | Salary: $65,000.00–$70,000.00
Description The Clinic Supervisor manages and coordinates the daily operations and staff at the assigned clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care and service in collaboration with the Practice Manager and/or Clinic Operations Director/VPs. This role ensures compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies and procedures. The Clinic Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining efficient clinic operations while providing vital support to clinic staff, including Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
Responsibilities
Supervise assigned staff to ensure high‑quality patient care, adhering to necessary forms and procedures.
Support clinic workflow and scheduling to meet productivity standards.
Implement clinic policies and procedures consistently and promptly.
Assist in evaluating employee performance, recommend merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions, and participate in staff interviews, training, and orientation.
Ensure office space and supplies are properly provided and maintained.
Attend required meetings and participate in committees as needed.
Ensure that personnel forms and records are updated and submitted to relevant departments in a timely manner.
Support the onboarding process to ensure new staff are properly equipped and ready.
Coordinate staff activities and serve as a resource to medical management teams across various markets.
Assist in collecting clinic performance and quality metrics, preparing reports for management.
Order and maintain adequate stock of office and medical supplies at all times.
Collaborate with Operations leadership in budget preparation and ensuring budget adherence.
Coordinate conference calls and help prepare for meetings with medical management staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills
1 year in a supervisory role
2 years in a customer service role
2 years of clinic operations or healthcare experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Knowledge of organization policies and procedures and ability to apply principles to solve everyday problems in a variety of situations.
Knowledge of office management techniques and practices.
Skill in gathering, analyzing, and evaluating data.
Skill in written and verbal communication.
Ability to exercise initiative, problem‑solving, decision‑making.
Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
Current State Vocational Nurse License or LPN
Professional healthcare license or certification preferred
Key Physical And Mental Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push or pull heavy objects using up to 50 pounds of force.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machinery.
