We’re looking for

independently licensed (Ohio) contract therapists (1099)

to join our expanding practice based in Niles, Ohio. The therapist will provide mental health services, including individual, family, and / or group therapy sessions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, providing therapeutic services, and timely completion of documentation. The therapist will uphold evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving emotional well‑being and personal growth. Proficiency in Treatment Planning and implementing evidence‑based therapeutic care plans Strong understanding of Mental Health practices and interventions Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Licensed in the state of Ohio (e.g., LISW, LPCC, MFT, or equivalent) Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to creating an inclusive, culturally competent, and caring environment Are you still interested? science‑informed, evidence‑based orientation , including approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Behavioral Therapy Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or DBT‑informed work Solution‑Focused Therapy Other skills‑based, empirically supported approaches We value clinicians who can explain what they’re doing and why – and who enjoy helping clients build skills they can actually use. Experience with administering, interpreting, and / or writing reports for assessments is
