Direct Support Professional
provides self‑care training and assistance in daily living to individuals with developmental disabilities residing in a group home setting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support individuals to ensure their safety and well‑being.
Observe, document, and communicate pertinent information such as behaviors, nursing, nutrition, clinical issues, etc., to facilitate assessment and development of treatment goals and to ensure care for individuals.
Administer medications as prescribed by Physician, per regulations.
About the ARC’S Residence Program In the residential program, the most caring people are the trained staff who provide 24‑hour supervision, care, and guidance to residents. They assist with personal care needs, cleaning, cooking, medications, and activities.

Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED.
