Position Overview

Minimum 5 years of industrial machinery‑maintenance experience.

Knowledge of 3 axis and 5 axis, CNC Lathe, CNC Water Jets, CNC Lasers.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and deep understanding of mechanics, hydraulic, pneumatics, and electrical. Practical mindset, mechanical and electrical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.

A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Effective communicator, both written and verbal.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a repetitive daily basis.

Eligibility for required security clearances.

Pay Rate:

Competitive, based on experience.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on highly automated equipment in accordance with standardized procedures to maintain equipment performance and achieve uptime and production line targets.

Repair and maintain primary and secondary production machining processes and general maintenance.

Inspect and test HAAS, Okuma, and Mazak CNC machines or equipment to diagnose malfunctions.

Diagnose and repair equipment in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary automated manufacturing environment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and machine components.

Move existing and install new equipment.

Clean, repair, and install equipment and parts as needed.

Run diagnostic tests on CNC machinery to ensure system functionality.

Perform emergency repairs, align, and calibrate machinery and parts.

Monitor and report on project progress.

Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information trends.

Maintain inventories of equipment parts and supplies; check stock and place orders.

Ensure safety considerations are given top priority while planning and performing duties.

Adhere to all best practices for safety (lockout, tag out, confined space entry, etc.).

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Order parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers.

Follow and support all policies, procedures, goals, and objectives of TRDI, Lockheed Martin, and PEO SOFSA.
