Indirect Sales Manager, North America (US Remote)

As we continue to expand our North American footprint, we are looking for an Indirect Sales Manager to accelerate growth across our True View and LP360 product portfolios through a strong dealer and reseller network.
The Opportunity This is a high-impact, strategic sales role focused on developing, enabling, and growing indirect sales channels across North America. You will own dealer relationships within your region, drive revenue through partners, and collaborate closely with our North America Sales Team and the VP of Global Sales.

What You’ll Do
Own and grow indirect (dealer/reseller) sales within an assigned North American region
Meet or exceed short- and long-term revenue targets through new business development and partner expansion
Develop, onboard, and enable dealers to successfully sell and support Geocue solutions
Manage the full B2B sales cycle in collaboration with channel partners
Identify customer needs and position technically sound, value‑driven solutions
Build long‑term relationships that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and market expansion
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reporting
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams to increase market share
What You Bring
University degree, college degree, or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience selling technical products or solutions in a B2B environment
Experience building and managing indirect sales channels (dealers, resellers, distributors)
Background in geospatial, aerial surveying, mapping, construction, inspection, or UAS/UAV industries is a strong plus
Experience working within North American markets
Strong communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus)
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to assess customer requirements and recommend cost‑effective, value‑driven solutions
Customer‑first mindset with a strong service orientation
A proactive, "can‑do" attitude and passion for technology—especially drones and 3D data
