Professional Services Sales Specialist

Empower Global Construction Excellence as our next Professional Services Sales Specialist! Ready to bridge the gap between digital innovation and physical construction as a key driver in Trimble’s AECO segment? We are looking for a strategic, high‑energy professional to craft customized service solutions that empower our customers to build faster, safer, and more sustainably on a global scale. Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with sales teams to engineer comprehensive service strategies for high‑impact prospect accounts. Lead deep‑in discovery sessions to validate project scopes and uncover unique customer needs. Build and manage mutually beneficial alliances with Trimble Service Business Partners to expand our ecosystem. Create and validate sophisticated Professional Services proposals and Project Plans that define the future of client success. Drive the entire contracting process, from initial Statement‑of‑Work creation to maintaining a high‑accuracy service forecast. Essential Skills & Experience

Proven track record in business‑to‑business services sales or a strong background in complex project delivery. Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders within a fast‑paced, complex sales cycle. Motivated team player with excellent time‑management skills and a knack for navigating technical environments. Bonus Points For

Hands‑on experience with industry tools such as PowerFab, WinEST, B2W, Traqspera, or Trimble Pay. A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Logistics

Base Salary:

$84,000 – $104,000 On‑Target Earnings (OTE):

$120,000 – $129,000 (including commission) Bonus Eligible:
