Description CarShield is seeking an experienced leader to join its growing Pre-Sales team. This role is responsible for leading a team that initiates the initial conversation with prospective customers, qualifies leads, and sets up customers with the Sales department. Successful candidates will have experience leading teams in a metric-driven environment, and a proven track record of developing people.
Responsibilities
Overseeing a team of Pre-Sales Screener Representatives.
Managing workflow to ensure proper service based on call volume.
Coaching and training team to promote continuous improvement.
Managing employee time cards, ensuring attendance and punctuality standards are being maintained.
Conducting quality control checks and providing feedback to employees.
Managing discipline in line with company policies.
Performing regular call reviews and feedback sessions with employees.
Other tasks as assigned.
Pay Rate And Benefits
$60k annual salary, plus bonus! (Average ~$65-70k/year).

Requirements
3+ years' experience in a leadership role (in a call center a plus).
Proven sound decision-making and judgement.
Experience as a leader in a metric-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to effectively multi-task.
Willingness to work 1-2 Saturday(s) per month.
Strong computer skills and experience with creating and analyzing reports.
Flexible schedule. Normal hours of operation are 7am-9pm during the week.
