Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist, Orthopaedics, to join our US Orthopaedics Sales Organization team located in Raynham, MA, West Chester, PA or Warsaw, IN.
Position Overview The Sales Support Open Orders team has responsibility for assisting with critical execution of our billing and revenue processes. In particular, the development and deployment of strategies to support sales growth objectives by ensuring accurate and compliant billing. The team is an important enabler for achieving business objectives by helping accelerate speed to revenue for sales geographies in our Spine, CMF, and Trauma businesses. The role involves a combination of business partnering with the sales organization, and detailed reconciliation of invoices and sales data.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with a defined geography of sales leaders and sales consultants, to identify and action opportunities to accelerate revenue collection post-surgery
Proactively builds strong and inclusive relationships with business partners based on integrity and trust.
Analyzes and reconciles order acknowledgement, purchase order, and invoice data to solve billing problems and close open purchase orders
Achieves open order reduction goals for specified geography by analyzing customer trends and working with sales organization to resolve mismatches and discrepancies
Proactively identifies new insights to support business decisions and sales operations needs, including system enhancements, process improvements and other activities
Ad-hoc projects as required
Qualifications Required:
BA/BS with 4 years minimum business experience in logistics, finance, marketing, commercial operations, and/or related experience
Successful experience with leading and coordination of projects across multiple teams and partners
Strong history applying sophisticated excel and Microsoft office applications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in interacting across all organizational levels required.
Creative problem-solving skills are required
Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management and external customers is required.
Experience in data management, analysis and visualization, with proven track record to connect the analysis to insights that inspire action.
Strong digital literacy used in business reporting required.
Ability to effectively develop and present oral presentations
This role may require up to 10% domestic travel
Preferred:
SAP experience preferred
Experience with inventory and sales analysis preferred
Experience with process improvement preferred
Transition Notice Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone Orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$79,000.00 - $127,650.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
