Registered Nurse Supervisor
Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center is a 576-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the heart of Staten Island. We serve residents through high quality, affordable and accessible health services.
Pay Base pay: $53.00/hr – $60.00/hr

Shifts Available: 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am
Responsibilities
Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs nursing services for residents on the floor assigned.
Ensures compliance with current applicable federal, state and local regulations and facility policies and procedures.
Reviews complaints and grievances made or filed by staff and reports to the Director of Nursing as required.
Maintains adequate stock of medications, medical supplies, equipment, etc. to meet resident needs.
Assists in development of written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of nursing needs of each resident.
Makes nursing/aide assignments as indicated.
Encourages staff to attend and participate in outside training programs and schedules times as appropriate.
Qualifications
A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 2 years of experience providing direct care in long‑term care, restorative or geriatric settings.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a nursing supervisor, preferably in a nursing home setting.
Current CPR Certification.
Must meet state licensing requirements and have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.
Salary includes shift differentials; actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
