Supervising Clinician, FRC, Great Barrington – Clinical & Support Options, Inc.
CSO is looking for a Supervising Clinician for our Family Resource Center (FRC) in Great Barrington.
The Family Resource Center (FRC) is a vibrant, community based, family focused program that supports parents, caregivers, and their children from birth to 18 years old. The FRC connects caregivers to the tools, services, and advocacy they need to thrive. We provide a holistic array of activities for families that include support groups for caregivers, playgroups, evidence based parenting groups, school support, as well as arts, cultural, and recreational activities.
As a Supervising Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in assessing family needs, developing strength‑based plans, and guiding trauma‑informed interventions. You'll provide both direct care and leadership to staff, ensuring that every family member receives the support they deserve.
Starting Salary: $58,000–$73,000/year
Responsibilities
Provide direct services to FRC families and youth, and prioritize clinical services/supports to “Children Requiring Assistance” (CRA) related youth and family members
Perform trauma‑informed intake assessments and complete CANS clinical assessments
Lead team development of Family Support Plan
Offer clinical consultation and support to FRC staff
Facilitate or co‑facilitate parenting groups and therapeutic sessions as needed
Collaborate and partner with schools, juvenile courts, and community partners to ensure coordinated care
Provide ongoing supervision and oversight to Family Partner
Provide supervision for staff and/or interns upon approval by supervisor
Qualifications
Clinical Master’s degree
Three years of relevant experience
Clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
Computer proficiency
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
