We are seeking an experienced Travel X-Ray Technologist to join a fast‑paced Level I Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to expand their trauma and surgical imaging experience. First‑time travelers are welcome.
Job Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in multiple settings including ER, OR, ICU, and inpatient units
Provide imaging support for trauma, emergency, and surgical cases
Ensure patient safety, positioning accuracy, and image quality
Float within the hospital or affiliated locations as needed
Requirements
ARRT (R) Certification
BLS Certification
State License (must be in hand prior to start; pending licenses may be considered with ETA)
Minimum 1 year of experience
Experience with GE & Siemens equipment
Strong skills in:
Abdomen/GI
Spine & Pelvis
Chest/Thorax
Emergency & Operating Room imaging
C-Arm procedures
Facility Highlights
Over 30 Operating Rooms
6 ICUs
70+ bed Emergency Department
Approximately 700 inpatient beds
Charting System: Cerner
Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Floating: Required for all travelers
