Provide culturally responsive mental‑health skills to clients and/or their families in the home and community. Assist clients in identifying and working toward goals for functional improvement. Design and implement in‑home treatment/intervention reflective of client needs. Qualifications / Requirements
Qualified to practice under at least one of the following categories: Behavioral Health Practitioner as per MN State Statute 245I.04.04 (includes Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field, or Bachelor’s degree plus 2,000 hours of supervised experience). Clinical Trainee per MN State Statute 245I.04.06 (completed accredited graduate program preparing for independent licensure). Mental Health Professional per MN Statute 245I.04.02 (licensed as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in Minnesota). Desire to work with children and families and/or adults in their homes; capable of navigating stairs, crouching, stooping, sitting on floors, and standing for extended periods. Ability to work independently; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle; can drive within a 30‑mile radius of the clinic. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR). For adult services: must be available during general daytime hours. Benefits
