About The Role
This role involves coordinating the PURE360 Risk Management Consultation, a unique service conducted by a PURE Risk Manager at members’ homes. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you work closely with members and risk managers to create a seamless scheduling experience and help reinforce the value of PURE membership. This is a hybrid position; the ideal candidate will be in the Scottsdale office at least three days per week.
As a PURE360 Coordinator, you will:
Work closely with PURE Risk Managers to set efficient travel, ensuring they can serve as many members as possible.
Ensure every member understands the PURE360 Consultation process and the unique value it provides.
Use each interaction to help members develop an appreciation for the tangible benefits of membership with PURE.
Build a deep understanding of PURE’s business and use that knowledge to assist members with all inquiries.
This career is for you if:
You have previous experience and enthusiasm in a service‑based role (3+ years of customer service experience preferred).
You demonstrate integrity, empathy, urgency, and can quickly establish trust and credibility.
You have great listening and communication skills through both phone and email.
You can work independently but thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, exhibiting team spirit and enthusiasm.
You are detail‑oriented and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
Compensation $50,000 annually, plus overtime and monthly bonus potential.
