About the role As a Services Operations Specialist, you will be:
Enter orders in a timely manner for the shipping, retrieval, and exchange of technology devices for specific accounts, while adhering to the clients Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, proactively managing receipt dates, working with distribution employees to resolve issues regarding lost and damaged products.
Become an expert of information regarding specific products, programs, and initiatives of assigned vendors and product categories.
Clear communication skills are required to deliver client facing messages verbally and in writing, and the ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely fashion.
Work with vendors in acquiring Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs) for damaged, unused products.
Manage all aspects of assigned vendors, back-orders, and estimated time of arrivals (ETA), as well as the handling and tracking of warranty claims.
Work with internal personnel on problems relating to parts ordering information.
Responsible for maintaining accurate costing, classification, status of assigned products, identify billing and inventory discrepancies, and report appropriately. Work with finance to resolve any vendor issues, as necessary.
Manage team mailbox, ensuring emails are addressed throughout the day.
Answer questions internal & external re: processes, procedures, inbound/outbound shipments.
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, and Excellent organizational skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
