What You Will Do:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Mobile Repair Team as a Mobile Repair Technician. If you are an Engine Mechanic who likes to travel, this role is perfect for you! Our team works both onsite at service center locations and across the U.S. and internationally at airfields to meet customer needs on the front lines. In this role, you will perform on‑wing engine inspections, repairs, and installations for P&W C customers. The ideal location is near Orlando, Florida for travel purposes. You will need to be highly attentive to detail, safety‑conscious, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mobile repair team activities in U.S. and non‑U.S. locations, refurbishing and returning engines, modules, and components to service.
Maintain availability status for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
Handle hangar and field support work, airframe interface, and direct customer service.
Perform engine troubleshooting and diagnostics, including EEC software upgrades, and support all PWC program activities as required.
Provide flexibility to work after hours, on weekends, and holidays as needed.
Travel up to 90% of the time, both domestic and international, with extended hours.
Additional Information and FAA Requirements: This position is covered under the PWES FAA Anti‑Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program. The selected candidate will be required to complete a pre‑employment FAA drug screen and/or vision program under the PWES Vision program.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Associate’s degree or equivalent 2‑year post‑high school training with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in inspecting, refurbishing, troubleshooting, repairing, and returning engines, modules, and components to service.
Airframe & Powerplant License.
U.S. citizenship (only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract).
Ability to obtain a U.S. passport and an international visa.
Current, valid driver’s license.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Prior Pratt & Whitney engine experience and HSI (hot section penetration, detail inspection, reinstallation) strongly preferred.
Prior P&W C‑powered airframe experience.
4‑year degree in Aviation Maintenance Management.
Experience in heavy hangar/FBO/field work—rigging, R&I, MRP’s, and aircraft interface.

Salary range: 53,100 USD – 100,900 USD.
