Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy Vision:
Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
Backlog Ownership:
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog ensuring clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.
Sprint Release Planning:
Lead sprint planning sessions, set sprint goals, and coordinate releases with cross‑functional teams.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage regularly with stakeholders, customers, business leaders, UX, engineering to gather feedback, align objectives, and ensure on‑track delivery.
Value Measurement Reporting:
Define KPIs, measure feature performance, and adapt roadmap based on analytics and customer feedback.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Act as a liaison across UX, engineering, QA, marketing, and operations to ensure successful execution.
Risk Issue Management:
Identify impediments and drive resolution, balancing stakeholder demands with delivery capability.
Skills & Competencies
Agile Expertise:
Proficient in backlog management, user story creation, sprint release planning.
Analytical Thinking:
Strong data‑driven decision making skills to interpret user behavior and KPIs.
Communication & Leadership:
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation skills, and ability to guide cross‑functional teams.
Customer Focus:
Deep empathy for user needs and the ability to translate insights into product improvements.
Technical Literacy:
Comfortable engaging with development teams and understanding technical tradeoffs.
