Sr. Product Owner
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) • Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog ensuring clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead sprint planning sessions, set sprint goals, and coordinate releases with cross‑functional teams.
Engage regularly with stakeholders—including customers, business leaders, UX, and engineering—to gather feedback, align objectives, and ensure on‑track delivery.
Define KPIs, measure feature performance, and adapt the roadmap based on analytics and customer feedback.
Act as a liaison across UX, engineering, QA, marketing, and operations to ensure successful execution.
Identify impediments and drive resolution, balancing stakeholder demands with delivery capability.
Skills & Competencies
Agile Expertise: Proficient in backlog management, user story creation, and sprint release planning.
Analytical Thinking: Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills to interpret user behavior and KPIs.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management, presentation skills, and ability to guide cross‑functional teams.
