Your Role & Responsibilities
Define and execute the data and analytics transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives
Lead modernization of data platforms, governance frameworks, and analytics capabilities
Partner with stakeholders across IT, business units, and executive leadership to ensure adoption
Oversee implementation of advanced analytics, data visualization, and predictive modeling solutions
Drive data quality, compliance, and security standards across the organization
Manage change initiatives, including training and communication strategies for user adoption
Monitor KPIs and deliver insights to measure transformation success
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
8+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, and transformation leadership
Proven track record of leading enterprise-level data modernization initiatives
Strong knowledge of data governance, architecture, and integration best practices
Expertise in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure Data Services)
Familiarity with cloud-based data ecosystems and modern data warehousing solutions
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics solutions
Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
Certifications in data management or analytics (e.g., CDMP, DAMA, or equivalent)
Education & Certifications You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Advanced certifications in analytics or data governance preferred
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation – $195,000–$203,000 annually or $88–$100 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location
