Job Overview
Product Manager – self‑starter, visible leader, hands‑on problem solver, and relationship builder. Builds institutional knowledge across all teams and functions while engaging deeply with the competitive landscape to steer product strategy and execution in a hybrid New York City work environment.
What You’ll Do
Champion the voice of the customer across all initiatives, gathering and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights.
Define and manage the product vision and strategy, prioritizing the roadmap using market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to deliver high‑quality features on schedule, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
Advocate for your product, leading rollouts, creating training materials, and presenting to internal and external audiences.
Integrate AI‑driven solutions, ensuring responsible use, transparency, ethics, and human‑centered design.
Establish and track KPIs, building processes to analyze data for continuous product improvement.
Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinating with sales, marketing, legal, and customer support to align priorities and gather feedback before and after development.
What You Have
5‑10 years of experience as an Agile Product Manager.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Experience leading and motivating product teams in fast‑paced environments.
Exceptional problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for scalable SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with AI technologies, ethical AI practices, and human‑in‑the‑loop design principles.
Comfort with OKR processes and Agile development methodologies.
What We Offer Annual base salary $155,000 – $185,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
