Our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking mental health and substance use services.

Key Responsibilities Include

Conduct pre‑assessment screenings (in person or by phone) and schedule comprehensive clinical assessments to determine appropriate levels of care.

Complete intake, opening paperwork, and required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Develop and provide crisis plans, including crisis response contact information, and assist with crisis response as needed.

Coordinate and link individuals to appropriate internal and external services, following up to ensure treatment initiation.

Maintain current knowledge of community resources and serve as a liaison among individuals, families, staff, providers, and community partners.

Provide high‑quality customer service while representing the agency professionally and compassionately.

Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package

($42,000‑$45,000 annually DOE)

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (human services preferred) and Qualified Professional (QP) status required.

Experience providing case management services with knowledge of DSM‑V diagnoses, service options, and community resources.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Demonstrated ethical standards with no substantiated findings on the NC Healthcare Registry.

Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and ability to travel as required.

Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends).
