Overview The Manager for Patient Care Services with Sentara is responsible for supervising staff, providing clinical/technical expertise, and engaging in process improvements. The role assists in the fiscal budgeting and management process for the department, including billing/revenue management, payroll, purchasing, and supply cost management. It performs work assignments as needed to provide coverage and mentor or assist staff, and interviews, hires, and develops team members to build a highly effective work team. The Manager engages in talent retention strategies for the area(s) of responsibility and ensures licensed professionals keep licensure or certifications current in the state of practice.
Education Required Bachelor's Level Degree
Experience Required 3 years of Management experience
