What You’ll Do

Internal Collaboration:

Partner closely with internal team members to ensure successful project execution, creating an environment of seamless teamwork.

Event Coordination:

Support the planning and execution of pharma programs (live, virtual, hybrid), managing logistics to deliver excellent experiences.

Attention to Detail:

Manage various event specifics, from catering and venue logistics to technology setups, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Implement standard operating procedures for smooth meeting execution, while welcoming team input to enhance practices.

Guideline Adherence:

Navigate through company and industry guidelines (AMA, FDA, and PhRMA) with precision and integrity.

Travel Management:

Efficiently coordinate travel arrangements for speakers, handling bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation.

Accurate Data Management:

Maintain data accuracy and ensure budget compliance, utilizing strong mathematical skills.

Clear Communication:

Listen, write, and connect effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all parties are aligned and informed.
