Position: Behavior Therapist
Location: 1000 Boone Avenue North Golden Valley, MN 55427
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; occasional Saturdays as needed.

High School/Associate’s Degree: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour
Master’s Degree: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team.
Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth.
Job Requirements
Lift up to 30 lbs.; sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children.
Get on and off the floor frequently; maintain an active pace throughout the day.
Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe.
At least 18 years old.
High‑school diploma or GED.
Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Commitment to the core value of teamwork; may occasionally support a nearby sister clinic during coverage needs.
