Job Overview
Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring a full‑time Behavioral Therapist in Austin, TX. The role supports ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years, providing play‑based treatment and ongoing data collection.
Schedule & Hours
Monday – Friday, daytime hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
Occasional Saturdays may be requested based on patient needs.

Pay
High School/Associate’s Degree: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour
Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour
Master’s Degree: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
RBT certification after 20 days triggers your first raise.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work one‑on‑one with children 18 months‑to‑8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with the team.
Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
Maintain an active pace, moving constantly with children.
Keep the therapy space clean, organized, and safe.
Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth.
Job Requirements
Lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children.
Get on and off the floor frequently.
Maintain an active pace throughout the day.
Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe.
Be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Commitment to ABC’s core value of teamwork; may occasionally cover a nearby sister clinic if needed.
