Community Manager for a Portfolio in Middlesex and Monmouth
Taylor Management Company is seeking a skilled Community Manager for a portfolio of communities located in Middlesex and Monmouth counties. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of multiple properties, ensuring that each community runs smoothly and effectively while providing exceptional service to the residents.
Salary: $80,000
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of assigned communities, including maintenance and landscaping
Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and board members, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
Oversee financial management, including budget preparation and monitoring of expenditures
Coordinate vendor services, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery
Prepare and present reports to the Board, highlighting community performance metrics
Organize community activities and enhance resident engagement through events
Ensure adherence to community rules, enforcing policies as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in community management or property management
Strong understanding of homeowners association regulations and procedures
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize effectively
CMCA designation or similar certifications are preferred
