What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve or exceed financial targets while driving revenue growth

Develop and implement strategies aligned with overall sales objectives

Attract and retain top talent for the sales team through effective recruitment practices

Conduct team prospecting sessions to enhance sales activityCoach and mentor team members to build strong C-level relationships

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 7-15 years of consultative sales experience in high technology, with at least 3 years in a management role

Proven track record of successful financial performance in sales

Demonstrated leadership abilities to mentor and motivate sales associates

Strong business acumen and forecasting skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a sales management role within a research or advisory firm

Familiarity with Gartner's services, software, or hardware offerings

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives

Experience leading diverse teams in a global environment
