A Customer Support Executive handles inbound calls, customer chats and replies to emails. The responsibility is to respond to incoming calls from customers to address their queries / concerns, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.

You will work from home and be working 5 days a week (8 hours daily).

Roles & Responsibilities

Resolve customer queries & handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation in the language.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Take the extra mile to engage customers & take initiatives in the team.

Ensure the job is completed within the defined SLA / TAT time.

Focus to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations.

Informs customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.

Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommend improved procedures.

Escalate appropriate issues and follow-up till closure.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Norwegian Language required.

Timings would be Central European Time (CET) 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Subject to change as per business needs).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Open to 8 hours of daily training for 2 weeks followed by 1 week of Nesting (OJT).

Understanding of English.

Proficient with computers and other productivity suites.

Strong analytical & convincing skills.

Ability to apply the training knowledge in real world situations.

Good typing skills.

Good at multitasking.

Basic Infrastructure Required

A desktop computer/Laptop with Camera.

High Speed Internet (100 Mbps+).

Standard size monitor.

A telephone headset.

Core 2 duo at 1.8 GHz minimum.

2 GB RAM minimum.

80 GB Hard disk space.

Windows 10 or higher with Long Term Support version.

Chrome Browser.

Java Long term support Version.

Anti-virus and Anti Malware software (need to be updated regularly).
