Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
Physical Requirements
Transport, lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds
Walk around facilities 50% of the time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping interior areas; maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal)
Qualifications Experience : Successful candidates come from customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.
Transportation : Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations or perform work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement is available.
