Account Executive (Business Development Representative / Outside Sales Representative)
Located in San Antonio, TX – entry level – the role involves identifying new staffing and recruiting opportunities, expanding existing client partnerships, and supporting company metrics. We seek a motivated individual to grow a sales career with our established woman‑owned, employee‑owned company.
Pay Range Base: $45,000 – $55,000 per year; commissions and additional benefits: monthly commissions, expense account, mileage reimbursement, and annual Employee Stock Ownership Plan distribution after meeting qualifications.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities aligned with our specialized recruiting divisions.
Understand customer needs and provide value‑added recruitment solutions.
Create and manage a weekly pipeline to support company metrics and milestones.
Attend industry trade shows and networking events in respective cities.
Sales Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year sales experience, preference for professional services industry.
Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in making outbound calls to key decision makers.
Comfortable using virtual platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
Self‑motivated and highly organized.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic and critical thinking.
Ability to work in home office, in office, and on the go.
